Dr. Nilesh Sondarva earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2005 and his Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery in 2009, both from institutions in Gujarat, India. He subsequently served as a specialist General Surgeon in both India and Oman, accumulating substantial experience in the management of diverse surgical conditions.
Since relocating to Australia in 2022, Dr. Sondarva has functioned as a Surgical Registrar across metropolitan and regional hospitals in various states. This tenure has provided him with extensive experience in acute and emergency care, perioperative management, and multidisciplinary patient care. Concurrently with his surgical registrar experience, he obtained General Registration from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra).
Dr. Sondarva is preparing to commence the pathway towards Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), with the goal of building a career in General Practice in Australia. His areas of particular interest encompass acute care, minor surgical procedures, skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, and diabetic foot and wound management. Furthermore, he possesses a strong interest in cosmetic medicine and is actively engaged in advanced training within this specialty.
